COLOR-PLATED STAINLESS STEEL PROCESS
Electroplating method: metal ions are deposited on the surface of the object through electrolysis to form a uniform metal coating.
Wet spraying method: metal or metal alloy is sprayed onto the surface of the object in a molten state using a specific nozzle to form a dense and uniform coating.
Dry spraying method: metal alloy or oxide powder is sprayed on the surface of the object under specific program control to form beads, which is suitable for high temperature environments.
Vapor deposition method: using the activity of gas molecules at high temperature to deposit particles from the gaseous state onto the surface of the object, which is suitable for obtaining very thin coatings.
