Stainless steel square tube is a hollow long steel strip with a square cross-section, so it is called square tube. It is widely used in pipelines for conveying various fluids, such as oil, natural gas, water, coal gas and steam. In addition, stainless steel square tube is light in weight, but excellent in bending and torsional strength, so it is also widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures.

Under the specified pressure, qualified stainless steel square tubes should not leak, soak or expand. In addition, some steel tubes also need to be tested for curling, flaring, flattening, etc. according to standards or requirements of the buyer.
The specifications of stainless steel square tubes range widely, generally 55~150150 mm, and the thickness is between 0.4~6.0 mm. Commonly used stainless steel square tube materials include 304, 304L, TP304, TP316L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321, 347H, 310S, etc. They have excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and are suitable for applications in various industrial fields.
