Stainless steel discs are made of high-quality stainless steel plates through precision mold design and advanced pressing technology. We customize circular molds of different sizes and thicknesses according to customer needs. After the stainless steel plates are accurately placed in the molds, they are formed using high-precision presses or punches to ensure that each disc has perfect geometric shape and dimensional accuracy. The formed stainless steel discs are professionally surface processed and polished to have a smooth surface.
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel disc mainly depends on its alloy composition (chromium, nickel, titanium, silicon, aluminum, manganese, etc.) and internal organizational structure.
The main role is chromium. Chromium has high chemical stability and can form a passivation film on the surface of steel to isolate the metal from the outside world, protect the steel plate from oxidation, and increase the corrosion resistance of the steel plate. After the passivation film is destroyed, the corrosion resistance decreases.
