Stainless steel square pipe (welded pipe)
Stainless steel square pipe (welded pipe) is a round steel pipe formed by continuous welding with stainless steel strip as raw material, and then rolled into square pipe and cut into required length. Its production process includes unwinding, flattening, forming, welding, shaping and cut-to-length cutting of strip steel. The wall thickness of the welded pipe is uniform, the appearance is smooth, and the dimensional accuracy is high. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for appearance and accuracy but low pressure requirements. Due to its high manufacturing efficiency and relatively low cost, it is widely used in architectural decoration, furniture manufacturing, stair handrails, guardrails, door and window frames and other fields. The welding quality is stable and the material utilization rate is high. It is a common stainless steel square pipe in decoration engineering and light structure engineering.
Stainless steel square pipe (seamless pipe)
Stainless steel square pipe (seamless pipe) is a round seamless steel pipe that is cold drawn and then extruded into a square cross-section pipe through a special mold. There is no weld inside the seamless square pipe, the overall structure is uniform, it has stronger pressure bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-strength and high-demand structural use occasions. Its manufacturing process is complex and the cost is high, but it has irreplaceable advantages in industries with strict requirements on material properties such as petrochemicals, pressure vessels, machinery manufacturing, and medical equipment. Seamless square tubes are used for mechanical structures and hydraulic equipment.
