309 stainless steel strip is based on high alloy components and is specially designed for high temperature, strong corrosion and complex processing environments. It is an ideal material choice in the chemical, energy and precision manufacturing fields. Its chromium content (19%-23%) and nickel content (12%-15%) work together to form a dense chromium oxide protective layer under continuous 800℃ working conditions, significantly improving its resistance to high temperature oxidation and sulfiding medium corrosion, and its performance is better than that of traditional 304 and 316 stainless steel. Through the micro-alloying design of molybdenum and titanium elements, the resistance to chloride stress corrosion and carburizing is further enhanced, which is suitable for harsh scenarios such as combustion chamber components and high-temperature sensor sheaths.
The product adopts 1050-1150℃ solid solution heat treatment combined with precision cold rolling process to ensure uniform and stable metallographic structure, excellent ductility and surface finish (up to Ra≤0.6μm), and supports precision processing needs such as high-speed stamping, deep drawing and laser cutting. In applications such as nitric acid concentration systems, cracking reactor seals and heat treatment furnace conveyor belts, its anti-intergranular corrosion properties and long-lasting thermal strength can extend the equipment life by more than 3 times. At the same time, it meets international standards such as ASTM A240 and JIS G4305, providing high-reliability material solutions for aerospace, environmental protection equipment and special chemical equipment.
