347H stainless steel bar is an austenitic stainless heat-resistant steel. Through the stabilization treatment of niobium elements, it is endowed with excellent high-temperature performance and long-term reliability. The material performs particularly well in high-temperature environments, combining high strength with excellent plasticity, and can maintain stable mechanical properties in harsh working conditions above 600°C. Its chemical composition is highly uniform, and the tendency of intergranular corrosion is effectively suppressed through precision smelting technology. At the same time, a dense oxide film is formed, which significantly improves the oxidation resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance. At the processing level, 347H stainless steel bar has excellent cold and hot forming characteristics, supporting the precision processing of complex structural parts; excellent welding performance, stable crack resistance and corrosion resistance in the weld area, reducing later maintenance costs.
