”CHOOSE PUXIN METAL AND LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!“
AISI 430F stainless steel bars are specially designed for efficient and precise machining. Based on 430 stainless steel, innovative easy-to-cut elements are incorporated to give the material excellent adaptability to automatic lathes. High-speed cutting and precision forming can be easily achieved, significantly improving the mass production efficiency of standard parts such as bolts and nuts. Its optimized alloy ratio not only reduces cutting resistance and extends tool life, but also ensures the smoothness of the machined surface to meet the refined requirements of complex parts. At the same time, the material retains excellent stamping and bending properties, adapts to secondary processing after heat treatment, balances strength and ductility, and demonstrates excellent stability in the fields of automotive accessories, mechanical transmission components, etc. From precise micro parts to durable structural components, 430F stainless steel bars have become a trustworthy metal solution in the field of industrial manufacturing with their stable material purity and corrosion resistance, helping companies reduce costs and increase efficiency, and create high-precision, long-life terminal products.
430F stainless steel bar is a ferritic stainless steel material designed for efficient precision machining. Its core advantage is that it significantly improves the machining performance of automatic lathes by adding easy-to-cut elements such as sulfur (S) and selenium (Se). Compared with ordinary 430 stainless steel, it has low friction resistance and smooth chip breaking during high-speed cutting, which can greatly reduce tool wear and improve machining efficiency. It is especially suitable for mass production of small standard parts such as bolts, nuts, and shafts. The material has good stamping and bending formability, and can still maintain stable mechanical strength and surface finish after heat treatment, meeting the dimensional accuracy requirements of complex parts.
Although easy cutting is the core highlight, 430F still retains the basic characteristics of 430 series stainless steel: 16%-18% chromium (Cr) gives it corrosion resistance in mild environments, suitable for dry or slightly humid scenes; low carbon content (≤0.12%) reduces welding sensitivity, but it should be noted that its welding performance is weaker than that of the improved 430LX. It is recommended for automotive accessories, hardware tools, home appliance components and other fields with high requirements for processing efficiency and non-rigorous corrosion environments. Its economy and ease of processing make it a cost-effective choice to replace some austenitic stainless steels (such as 304), especially suitable for cost-sensitive manufacturing industries.

APPLICATION
Bolts, nuts, shafts, pins, pinions, valve parts.
Fuel injection system parts, carburetor components, sensor housings, small transmission parts.
Washing machine shafts, kitchen knives (non-food contact surfaces), hinges, and internal structural parts of locks.
Pump housings, low-corrosive medium delivery pipelines, and non-critical parts of drying equipment.
Mold inserts, fixtures, and non-precision tool substrates.
Replacement of 304/316: If high corrosion resistance is not required and low-cost processing is pursued, 430F can be selected.
Replacement of 416: If the hardness requirement is not high but better machinability is required, 430F is more economical.
The core competitiveness of 430F stainless steel bars lies in low-cost and high-efficiency processing, which is suitable for low-end and mid-end industrial scenarios that do not require high corrosion resistance but require rapid mass production.
