PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Stainless steel square bars are made of high-quality stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength and mechanical properties, suitable for a variety of environments and application requirements. Common materials include 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S, 630, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 1Cr17Ni2, duplex steel and antibacterial steel, among which 304 stainless steel (18Cr-8Ni) is widely used in household goods, auto parts, medical equipment, construction, chemical industry, food industry, agriculture and ship parts, with good stamping, bending and other processing properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, and a wide range of operating temperatures (-196℃～800℃). The product specifications are rich, with diameters ranging from 1.0MM and above, and various shapes such as round bars, hexagonal bars, square bars, etc. can be provided according to demand to meet the use requirements of different fields.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS OF  STAINLESS STEEL SQUARE BAR

Stainless steel bars cover multiple series, suitable for different application requirements. 

The 200 series includes 201 and 202, which are chromium-nickel-manganese austenitic stainless steels with good corrosion resistance and economy. The 300 series, such as 301, 302, 302HQ, 303, 304, 304L, 304F, 304HC, 316, 316L, 316F, 316S, 316Ti, 310, 310S, 314, 314L, 317, 317L, 321, etc., are chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good processability. The 400 series includes 410, 420, 420J2, 430, 430F, 431, which are ferrite and martensitic stainless steels with high hardness and wear resistance. L stands for low carbon, such as 304L has a lower carbon content than 304, which improves corrosion resistance; H and S stand for high temperature resistance, such as 310S has stronger heat resistance than 310, and 304H is more suitable for high temperature environments than 304. Stainless steel bars can be provided in various shapes such as round bars, hexagonal bars, square bars, flat bars, solid bars, etc. The price of bright surface products is higher than that of black leather surface. 303 material is a unique easy-to-cut material among bars, and is widely used in automatic lathe processing. In addition, 304F, 303CU, 316F, etc. are also easy-to-cut materials. The specifications range widely, with diameters ranging from Ф1mm to Ф280mm, which can meet the needs of different industries.
