Stainless steel hexagonal bar is a solid long strip of stainless steel material with a hexagonal cross-section. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and welding performance. It is widely used in marine, chemical, construction, auto parts, elevators, kitchen equipment, pressure vessels and other fields. Its specifications range from H2-H90mm, which can meet the needs of different scenarios. In terms of material, 316L stainless steel hexagonal bar stands out for its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good welding performance, and is especially suitable for harsh corrosive environments. 316 stainless steel hexagonal bar exhibits excellent resistance to pitting corrosion in marine and chemical industrial environments due to its molybdenum-containing and low carbon content. It can still maintain excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding or stress relief, and can maintain good corrosion resistance even in the unheat-treated state. 304L stainless steel hexagonal bar is a low-carbon variant of 304 stainless steel, which is particularly suitable for occasions where welding is required. Its low carbon content effectively reduces the precipitation of carbides in the heat-affected zone of welding, thereby reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion. As a general stainless steel material, 304 stainless steel hexagonal bar has excellent rust resistance and high temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures of 1000-1200 degrees. At the same time, it shows strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid below the boiling temperature with a concentration of ≤65%. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids. With the growing demand for environmental protection and long life, stainless steel hexagonal bars have broad application prospects in environmental protection facilities such as high-temperature waste incineration devices, LNG power generation devices, and high-efficiency coal power generation devices.
